Weather: Current conditions: Above normal temperatures with 7% humidity, clear skies and drought conditions. Winds are 5 to 10 mph gusting to 20 from the west. A red flag warning in effect from April 28 at 9:00 a.m. until April 29 at 9:00 p.m.

On-site resources: Cibola National Forest Fire Department, State of New Mexico, and Bureau of Land Management. They are on stage with 3 type 6 motors and 1 suppression module.
